Training for the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection Moldova

The team of the European Centre, Kai Leichsenring and Magdi Birtha, provided an online training on ‘Innovation in long-term care and quality assurance in delivering social services ’ to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Moldova, on 15 and 16 November 2023. Around 35 officials from the Moldovan Ministry and public authorities from regional and local levels exchanged and discussed about how to develop long-term care through innovative services and how to define quality of delivering social services and organise quality management systems for services that support persons with disabilities and older people with care needs. The training was the last mutual learning event delivered as part of the ‘Bridge Building Peer Reviews and Trainings’ project, financed by the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection of Austria.
