Project Event: JUSTMIG Kick-Off

The new project ‘Sustainable and socially just transnational sectoral labour markets: Industrial relations and labour market adjustment to the rise in temporary labour migration’ kicked off on the 10 January 2024 with a two-day event in Bratislava, Slovakia. The project consortium led by the Central European Labour Studies Institute and composed of eight partners from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Finland, the Netherlands, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia came together to discuss the project implementation and the approach to data collection and implementation. The general objective of the JUSTMIG project is to provide innovative analysis and data collection on new labour market dynamics, and how industrial relations structures are adjusting to the increased presence of temporary migrant workers from other EU countries and candidate countries.
