Social care policy in the new reality

The invited experts at the 2nd BBinar will discuss the impact of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic on social care provision for older people, persons with disabilities and other groups with support needs in the Eastern Partnership region, and beyond. Basic parameters of “good social care”, like appropriateness, accessibility, affordability, and sustainability seem to have deteriorated during the last two years.
